About LIAnalyzer

LIAnalyzer provides gaming performance estimates, hardware comparisons, optimization guidance, AI-assisted troubleshooting and optional live performance monitoring through LIAgent.

Performance estimates

FPS results, confidence scores, bottleneck indicators and recommendations are estimates based on available hardware data, game profiles, benchmark context and user-provided information. Actual performance can vary because of drivers, cooling, power limits, background applications, game updates and system settings. An estimate is not a guarantee of a specific result.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you submit and for reviewing any recommendation before applying it. Back up important data before changing drivers, firmware or system settings. Do not use LIAnalyzer to disrupt the service, access another account, distribute malicious content or violate applicable law.

Accounts and availability

Keep your login information secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Features may change as LIAnalyzer is improved. Maintenance, game updates or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

Intellectual property

The LIAnalyzer name, website design, original software, reports and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Game, hardware and third-party product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Information you provide

• Account details such as username and email address.
• Hardware selections, game selections and analysis inputs.
• AI Fix messages and files you choose to attach.
• Support ticket content and related communications.
• Subscription, billing and transaction references related to paid services.

Information generated while using the service

LIAnalyzer may process technical logs, session and security data, browser information and feature usage needed to operate and protect the service. When you use LIAgent, the application may process game detection information, FPS, frametime, hardware readings and saved performance-session data required for its monitoring features.

Why the information is used

Retention and user choices

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, account operation, security and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, transaction records or legal compliance.

LIAnalyzer uses essential cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, protect forms, remember necessary preferences and keep the service secure. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account and platform features from working correctly.

If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated where required. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Subscription payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. LIAnalyzer does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless they are cancelled before the next renewal.

Users may cancel an active subscription from the subscription management page. Cancellation stops future renewals, while paid access normally remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Plan upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge for the remaining billing period. Where a downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, access to the current plan remains available until that date.

Refund requests may be submitted through LIAnalyzer support and will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, applicable payment provider terms and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider. A refund and a subscription cancellation are separate actions unless stated otherwise.

LIAnalyzer may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, AI processing, security and payment processing, including Lemon Squeezy for subscription billing. Information is shared with these providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested feature, operate the service, process transactions or meet legal obligations. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

AI Fix inputs may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure to produce a response. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys or other secrets in prompts, screenshots or attachments.
